sebab musabab aku kena exercise..
1. aku nak kurang berat badan.
2. aku nak fit dan toned body.
3. aku nak kulit aku healthy, glow and radiant.
4. aku nak badan yang berstamina..sll ja semput..
5. and nak a healthy lifestyle..yee lah
dan..
6. nak lengan aku nampak oke bl pakai knitted cardigan!!
